## Description

Hackney Council has appointed an experienced contractor to upgrade the existing park maintenance depot at Millfields Park in Hackney \(E5 0AR, Chatsworth Road\)\. Works include the supply and installation of a new ground-level modular building including associated mechanical and electrical works; disposal of the existing welfare facilities; replacement of the existing storage facilities and general infrastructure works within the depot yard area\.
