## Description

Project description: The CDP Phase 1 Project is the full strip-back-to frame and refurbishment of Building 3 within the Grade II listed Lasdun Wall \(circa 12,000m2 GIA set over 6 floors\) and construction of a modest extension \(the "Project"\)\. Building 3 is commonly known as the Arts Building\. The Lasdun Wall is a Grade II Listed 1960's post-war concrete frame building\. The University requires a consultant to provide asbestos consultancy services to assist the University with preparing for the tender of asbestos removal in Building 3\.
