PURCON931 Asbestos Consultancy Services for CDP Phase 1 - AWARD

Project description: The CDP Phase 1 Project is the full strip-back-to frame and refurbishment of Building 3 within the Grade II listed Lasdun Wall (circa 12,000m2 GIA set over 6 floors) and construction of a modest extension (the "Project"). Building 3 is commonly known as the Arts Building. The Lasdun Wall is a Grade II Listed 1960's post-war concrete frame building.

The University requires a consultant to provide asbestos consultancy services to assist the University with preparing for the tender of asbestos removal in Building 3.
