## Description

Wyre Council are interested to hear from legal services firms that can support the processing of Section 106 Planning notices\. This work is currently undertaken by an in house solicitor but due to an impending retirement the council are looking at options such as out-sourcing this work to a suitability qualified and experienced legal services firm\.
