Marlyon Rd decant removals

Redbridge Council is undertaking a programme of decanting 31 tenants on the Marlyon Road development in Hainault, into new homes being built on the same estate. They currently live in bedsits situated within unlifted 2 storey blocks. The majority of residents will be moving to new-build one-bedroom flats in two x 3-storey unlifted blocks. There also five two-bedroom houses.
