## Description

To provide WRAP with digital support to deliver Recycle Week 2016 - this will include the development of a short animation and short films as well as the development of a social seeding strategy and support to deliver that strategy Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
