The service will incorporate the issue and collection of fixed penalty notices in connection with fly-tipping, commercial waste duty of care, waste presentation, breach of domestic waste duty of care, littering including urination and spitting, graffiti and flyposting, dog fouling and failure to comply with a public spaces protection order\.
