SHEPLEY LIBRARY- WINDOWS LIGHTING AND DECORATION. The services cover the complete provision of window & door installations. The site is a working building which is occupied by Kirklees Council staff and is open to the public. The work is both internal and external to the building and adjoining curtilage. The site will be closed during the construction phase of the project.
