Work description
Hampshire County Council requires path surfacing works to be carried out to a section of this public byway open to all traffic (BOAT) in the parish of Langrish, Hampshire (Langrish byway 14) Hampshire County Council requires works to be undertaken that will ensure that the routes are safe to use. Hampshire County Council requires a contractor to design and deliver the project scheme based on the following information. The works deemed necessary to achieve this include, but may not be limited, to the following: • Resurfacing and infill of path material as required • Raising of path levels where deemed necessary • Gain consents where required • Contractors will be required to provide a description of how they will meet the required outcomes • The contractor will be required to provide costs and a description of the specification they propose • For any aspects that require an element of formalised design the contractor will be required to produce a description of an outline design and the cost • Contractors will be required to submit a methodology for the implementation of the outline designs • Contractor to ensure that path closure is well maintained, secure and signage is checked every day
