## Description

Hardware and software support contract for all audio visual equipment throughout the service for 18 months\. The support agreement includes next business day on-site technical support and business hours telephone support\. Equipment repairs, including parts and labour, with the exception of consumables such as lamps, are included within this agreement, and where possible, a loan of equipment can be organised when repair work requires a product to be sent back to the supplier\.
