Work description
The Agency has a legal requirement to maintain health and safety records on an on-going basis for all staff. Currently it uses an online safety management system called Safety Organiser which is used for recording accidents, incidents (reporting and investigation), risk assessments, audits and inspections. This system is also used to create reports on safety management performance
