Risk Management Information System (RMIS)

Description

Provision of a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) and award of a Contract to a sole supplier. Cloud-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to house data and manage processes relating to Incident Reporting, Risk Registers, Audit, Patient Experience (complaints and PALS), Legal Services and Safety Alerts. The Contract start date (Effective Date) will be 29/11/2024, with a Service Commencement Date of 01/05/2025. The contract period will be 01/05/2025 - 01/05/2030, with the option to extend for 2 x further periods of up to 12 months each. The ITT was issued to all economic operators who have been admitted to the NOE.0274 Non-Clinical Software Systems Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") established by NOE CPC pursuant to a contract notice published 18th October 2023. The contract makes provision for partner organisations to join the NNUH system and allows for a single instance of the system across the acute trust's and other providers in the region.
