## Description

The Climate Action Strategy sets out a series of actions to decarbonise the Square Mile by 2040\. One of the actions is the development of a Square Mile Local Area Energy Plan to identify opportunities for low-carbon energy generation, storage and management in the City\. This is a request for consultancy support to develop the Plan\.
