## Description

The works comprise: Temporary removal of existing play deck tiles to the roof, preparation of existing roof deck, cleaning outlets and the like and relaying existing tiles\. On completion a new artificial surface finish will be laid over the existing roof tiles\. Location of the site is: Birkdale Primary School
