Reinstatement works shall consist of the supply and install Sahara Tegular tile on 24mm grid to all rooms and corridors, where possible existing shadow batten shall remain in situ and reused. The University will supply all light fittings and the appointed service provider shall have these wired and installed by their in house electricians. (Further guidance can be provided regarding wiring requirements once access to the ceiling voids can be accessible during the works).
