## Description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the 'Council'\) has a requirement for surfacing and planing works at A616 Sheffield Road, Hepworth \(the "Works"\)\. Works comprise resurfacing of carriageway to a depth of 110mm, replacement of ironwork and roadmarkings\. The Council has carried out a Mini-Competition following the standard call-off process set out in the Framework for Surfacing and Planing Works \(KMCHS-429\)\.
