## Description

The County Council wishes to procure the following work package: Re-roofing of Grisedale Croft EPH Alston including renewal of gutters and rainwater pipes, removal of asbestos undercloaks, soffits etc and replacement in UPVC, recovering of flat roofs etc\. The procurement will be undertaken using the Capital Schemes Framework through a mini-competition between a maximum of 4 framework suppliers\.
