## Description

The SafeZone contract has been in effect since 2020, initially signed as a 3-year contract set to expire in 2023\. This STAF is for a 3-year extension to the same terms\. The decision to renew was reviewed with DS; an extension is required whilst we seek to develop internal capacity to replace this tool\. It has taken time to embed SafeZone into our H&S/security processes; to change providers as this point would be disruptive
