User Research Contract 2021

The Office for National Statistics are the United Kingdom's largest independent producer of official statistics and are recognised as the National Statistical Institute. Currently, the organisation is looking to procure the services of a single supplier for the recruitment of qualitative research participants, with the main business areas being Social Surveys and Digital Services & Technology.

We need a supplier to identify, contact, schedule and coordinate participants for a range of user qualitative research activities, including, but not limited to focus groups, interviews, usability testing, cognitive interviewing and tree testing. The supplier will also be responsible for distributing and managing incentives for participants as well as maintaining attendance records.
