## Description

Orwell Housing Association Limited is looking for a company to provide a call handling service to its 4000 properties in and around the East of England throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex\. It is anticipated that the contract would be awarded over a three year period with an option to extend for a further two years, subject to annual reviews and meeting the agreed Key Performance Indicators\.
