GMCA 1263 Estates Asset Database

The Land & Property Team will have an Asset Database IT solution that will allow for all GMCA group land and Assets to be managed in one place, under the full control of GMCA, so that a group approach can be established.

3-year contract term, plus optional 1-year extension period

GMCA requires an integrated IWMS solution to support the following key outputs: • Asset management • Planned and reactive maintenance • Compliance management • Mobile workforce enablement • Estates management for leases, key events and case management • Condition lifecycle management • Reporting and performance monitoring • Integration with corporate systems where necessary

The system will act as follows: 1. Single source of truth for estate asset data • Concerto becomes the Core platform to which other systems connect:  Integration with GMFRS future outsourced statutory compliance provider will provide real-time compliance monitoring and data exchange

o Enhanced programme and projects tracking requirements for managing portfolios of work
