Applicants should note that this tender is for Insurance services only and not for the provision of insurance brokerage services (CPV 66518100). Although this is the case, for the avoidance of doubt this does not prevent a broker from tendering for the Insurance services that are required and where that broker has access to exclusive insurance products; Where this is the case then the broker must be FCA registered.

The Lot structure defined at this stage though an indication of the anticipated structure has been included within Section II.1.6. Please note that Applicants will be able to tender for All or Any number of Lots. The Lot subject to negotiation over the structure and innovation of cover will be Property Coverage specifically and following this negotiation may be split into several other Lots covering certain values.
