ESPH TW HBC Grounds Maintenance Consultancy Services (ESPH514 JB) - AWARD

The Council requires a Consultant to conduct a complete review and redesign of the Council's Grounds Maintenance Service. The required Consultancy Services are divided into two parts: Part One - An appraisal of the existing Grounds Maintenance Service in place; and Part Two - Production of two fully costed options; first option of bringing the Grounds Maintenance Service in-house and a second option of continuing to outsource the Service. Please note that there is neither any guarantee nor promise that the work under Part Two will be required; the take-up of Part Two is conditional on HBC members signing-off the work completed under Part One and granting permission to continue with taking up Part Two.
