Under a call off procedure from the South East Consortium Framework for Multi Disciplinary Works, London Borough of Hackney Council seek to appoint a competent and suitably qualified consultancy contractor. This consultant will provide a complete consultancy service to deliver works under a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. The service required include the roles of Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator (as per PAS2035), Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator / Project Manager. The service will also require the consultant to deliver the roles and responsibilities of Principal Designer.
