Work description
The New Care Models programme requires a collaborative cloud-based working platform to provide the infrastructure necessary to allow collaborative working across the programme areas (e.g. different work-streams, the central NHS England team and Vanguards), and with external stakeholders (e.g. Pioneers, Healthy Towns).
