The scope of the Services will comprise the testing, creation and updating of a record of inventory, and condition reporting of the of the Council's Housing Estate luminaire column portfolio to meet current TR22 standards\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
