## Description

CUH will be carrying out a procurement exercise for the delivery of public \(staff and visitor\) catering and retail services at the Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge\. This initial Request for Information is being undertaken in order to obtain early market interest from, and an initial understanding of the providers ability to deliver the proposed contract, ahead of a formal procurement exercise\. Additional information: For this RFI, CUH are wanting to hear as many fresh and innovative ideas from potential partners based around the key fundamental principles for the retail, catering and vending that have been developed by the CUH\. These are: -Accessible -Affordable -Healthy -Sustainable -Variety and Experience Please contact surveys@coverpoint\.co\.uk for a copy of the RFI document by Friday 15th March 2024\. We request that completed documents are returned by Friday 22nd March 2024\. It is envisaged that the tender process will commence end May / early June 2024, with the new contract to commence February 2025\.
