Haringey - Watts Close ITT - AWARD

The Employer invites Tenders for the provision of Watts Close - Site Preparation and New Build Construction including all associated External works under the Westworks Procurement Ltd CONST2018DPS Development and Construction DPS route for the proposed works as detailed in the tender documents.

This Invitation to Tender comprises the documents as listed in the index ("Tender Documents")

The scheme is to include the demolition of 11 bungalows and associated hardstandings and the construction of 18 Residential dwellings at Watts close including all associated external works.

This tender is being issued on behalf of Haringey BC. As such there will be no Expression Of Interest stage or any Sifting stage usually associated with Westworks tenders. Because of this, it is imperative that you respond to this notice as soon as possible, whether you intend submitting a bid or not (opting in or out via the portal). Please opt in/out by COP on 25.3.22. If opting out you are reminded that you are obliged to provide a reason. This assists with informing the client of market conditions, preferences and viability of the tender. Failure to opt in or out may result in removal from the DPS.
