## Description

The purpose of this task is to initiate a review of real-life operational case studies to identify critical business needs and to develop a roadmap and define an assurance process, to enable NH to drive forward improved and more consistent routine maintenance practices and processes\. Consequently, supporting us in delivering better consistent asset interventions and outcome across the road network\.
