Parking and Environmental Enforcement In Parks - London Borough of Sutton

London Borough of Sutton ('The Council') is seeking to commission a suitably experienced provider with expertise in the delivery of an end to end private enforcement service for parking, environmental offences and anti-social behaviour in all parks and open spaces within the Borough including the issuing of Community Protection Notices (CPNs) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) for environmental offences, and Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) for unauthorised parking.

The council are keen to explore the services providers are able to offer (on a cost neutral model) for; Enforcement (parking and environment) in all parks in the borough.
