Sports Facilities and Assessments Study

1. Scope - The scope of the project comprises public and private facilities. It includes indoor and outdoor sports facilities run and managed by the Council in addition to private facilities managed by sports clubs. All school, college and educational facilities must be included in the assessments with current public and community access arrangements outlined. 2. Aims and Objectives - The overarching aim of the project is to provide detailed evidence-based assessments and strategies to guide the management and provision of sports facilities in Harlow, as well as setting out clear strategies for the provision of sports facilities in the potential growth areas.
