## Description

The University is looking for a supplier to provide graduation services which includes \(but not limited to\) the following: - Supply, build, hire of marquees and associated walkway - Supply, hire, maintenance of generator, air-conditioning, chiller and air handling units - Supply of toilets - Management of the equipment set up and daily event delivery support The contract period will be for a maximum duration of one year plus an option to extend to an additional year with approval of both parties in writing\. Additional information: Suppliers will need to register and express an interest in the tender on the University of Bedfordshire's Procurement Portal https://www\.in-tendhost\.co\.uk/universityofbedfordshire/aspx/Home\.
