Hunstanton Southern Seafront Masterplan

Description

The Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified professional teams to prepare a Masterplan for the Southern Seafront in Hunstanton, Norfolk. The multi-disciplinary team will include design, property, cost, engineering and environmental consultancy and supporting professional services. Additional information: The Masterplan will form a key component of the Council's regeneration plans and One Public Estate initiative for Hunstanton in association with Hunstanton Prosperity Coastal Communities Team by providing a viable concept and implementation strategy for the promotion of development opportunities in the area, the attraction of new investment, and programme of enhancement to the visitor offer and experience, which are important to the future prosperity of the town.
