Description

City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are commissioning a report to review the function of the Urban Traffic Control Centre (UTC). The Black Country Transport leads seek to commission a consultant to undertake an independent review of our capacity and capability to operate UTC and Network Management as a single WM operation. This would create a single body between the Black Country, WMCA and other interested LAs. The proposal is to commission a consultant, who can look at the operations in relation to the current setup, develop options and provide a detailed working solution for consideration.
