## Description

Bedford Borough Council \("the Authority"\) requires a competent and experienced Training Brokerage Service Provider \("the Provider"\) to coordinate, procure, and deliver a comprehensive programme of highways-related training\. This service will support approximately 40 operatives, inspectors, and supervisory staff employed by the Authority, in addition to staff from other internal teams \(e\.g\., Grounds Maintenance\) as required\.
