## Description

2EQ - Towards Equitable, is an East Midlands Area-level participatory EA Race Action Plan objective 4 project\. That objective being - We understand if, and take actions to ensure we deliver inclusive services, valued by diverse communities, and that all our customers and communities benefit equitably\. The main impediment to delivering on that objective is an overwhelming lack of distributional data about the delivery of operational services and of benefits to communities\. The objective of this service commission is to provide complementary expertise in distributional data and its evaluation to enable better understanding and support Towards Equitable operational choices and required changes\.
