Work description
Paradigm Housing Group ('Paradigm') is looking to appoint a professional, experienced, and competent company to undertake pest control services across various locations within the Paradigm estate of 15,000 homes including over 700 blocks across nine different counties and over thirty different local authority areas. Pest Control services to include small contracts and individual jobs to control pests, carry out drain surveys and complete proofing works as laid out in the detailed requirements in section 4 of this document.
Due to the pandemic (Covid19) we anticipate that there could be an increase of work within the 1st year of the contract, there are however no guarantees.
