Annual Structural Inspection - Shay Stadium, Halifax

The Council require one contractor to undertake the annual inspection of The Shay Stadium in accordance with the published guidance for years 1 to 4 inclusive. Year 5 shall be a full structural appraisal in accordance with the published guidance. In accordance with the guidance detailed in \"Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds 5th Ed, published by Department for Culture, Media & Sport, owners of sports stadia are required to undertake annual inspections on the main structures within the stadium. The inspection report forms part of the stadium safety certificate and must be undertaken by appropriately trained and competent persons, please see the specification detailing all required works.
