The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is a Mayoral Combined Authority covering the six local authorities of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St. Helens and Wirral. An important part of the Combined Authority's function lies in ensuring an optimal evidence and intelligence base, providing socio-economic and other key data on the current status of the city region, trends and possible future change.\r \r A key issue for the LCRCA thus lies in obtaining regularly updated economic forecasts for the area, in order to improve our evidence base and to support policy and investment decisions across a wide range of work strands including transport, skills, economic development and spatial development. The LCRCA now seeks to obtain a fresh set of forecasts
