GB-Colchester: 0383 - Door Entry Systems

Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor for the selective planned upgrading and monitoring of Door Entry Systems. The properties are selected based on their current condition and urgency and are distributed randomly geographically throughout Colchester Borough.

The works consist of the following: - Upgrades, maintenance/repairs, and servicing to DDA systems. - Upgrades, maintenance/repairs, and servicing to door panels. - Upgrades, maintenance/repairs, and servicing to faulty door equipment. - Upgrades, maintenance/repairs.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Initial 1 year contract with the option to extend 3 x 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance.
