## Description

This is a contract for the award of Guinness' business wide communications and contact centre solution\. The preferred solution for both communications and contact centre is Skype for Business \(SfB\) based\. The contact centre solution, Anywhere 365 is deeply integrated with Skype and offers omni channel features such as web chat way beyond the current system's capability\.
