## Description

The Employer requires the design and construction of Contractor led turnkey retrofit energy efficiency works to be carried out in Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees to properties owned or managed by the Employer \(the "Contract Area"\) fully in accordance with PAS 2035\. This is a direct selection from the EN Procure Installation and Repair Framework - Lot 15, in order to achieve best value for the Client\. Additional information: This is a revised notification that amends the original notification published on the 10th November \(Retrofit Works 30 Properties\) that had a minor error in the award notice regarding the organisation name and reference to the primary framework\.
