Continued support for the development of the Hillingdon HCP and THH Strategy

The appointed supplier will continue to support the HHCP leadership team, to deliver the programme objectives. The proposed approach considers the need to address the current pressures, develop a robust 2022/23 plan, and optimise resources and processes across all organisations to deliver the intended outcomes to benefit the Partnership.
