Test and Trace Service (Covid 19 Response)

Description

Direct award (via exclusion) for a service to provide rapid testing to targeted / vulnerable individuals and isolation of new infections, and will co-ordinate the supply and distribution of COVID19 testing kits to support satellite testing for the Hull and East Riding authority areas. Award made under 4.22.1 of the Councils Contract Procedure Rules: 4.22.1 The only exclusions to these CPRs are those permitted under UK and EU legislation, which include, but are not limited to, the following exclusions: • Insofar as it is strictly necessary where, for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable and not attributable to the Council and are required to maintain and ensure efficient and continuous delivery of the Council's service.
