Replacement of ITU Boilerhouse - Arrowe Park Hospital

The existing LTHW and LTHW Combination Boilers serving the ITU have proved to be unreliable over the past 12 months and are to be replaced. A new prefabricated enclosure is to be located and fitted out with new boilers and PHEX units to provide heating and hot water to the ITU and associated plant. The project comprises of survey and removal of the existing failed equipment with FULL installation drawings provided by the successful Contractor together with schematics and controls methodology. All electrical works associated with the replacement boilers shall be included as will any new control interfaces required to the existing Trend LAN.
