Ofcom has a requirement for a review of a sample of cases from the two Alternative Dispute Resolution \('ADR'\) schemes regulated under the Communications Act 2003\. The purpose of this case review is to assess the effectiveness, fairness and consistency of decision-making within and between the two ADR schemes\.
