## Description

Fabric retrofit/ energy efficiency works and relevant services/ventilation upgrades to EPC Band D and E Properties to achieve EPC C and where reasonable and cost effective improving properties to a space heating demand level of 90kWh/m2/yr, to include wall insulation, roof/loft insulation, new windows and doors, renewables technologies\.
