Work description
The Contractor shall undertake the following Statement of Service titled Support for assessing Control of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH) Safety Reports.
Service requirement is to support assessment of EC&I (Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation) COMAH safety reports. There may also be a requirement to contribute towards the delivery of commercial work Science Division is undertaking, in a number of areas including but not limited, to that of cyber security.
The contractor will provide the following support to HSE, EC&I Team:
• COMAH safety report assessment in EC&I aspects and any relevant follow-up work, including inspection if required, attending outcome meetings and meeting Operators if required.
• Commercial projects requiring EC&I expertise
• Cyber-security projects
Additional information: This contract was awarded through a single tender procedure due to expertise being required within this field.
