Work description
External legal services to support the delivery of the Joyce Avenue and Snell's Park Regeneration project. A variety of legal expertise is required in order to support this high profile and strategically important development for the Council. The estimated contract value is up to £2,000,000, however, this is subject to the future phasing of the scheme.
