## Description

Support to the Council in driving forward the newly procured Joint Venture with Swan Housing for the Better Queensway scheme\. The key elements of service required are as follows: • Support to the Shareholder Board - Strategic and financial support to the Shareholder Board, the key Member governance group for the LLP • Support to the Operational Group - Operational and strategic support to the Operational Group - the governance group for each of the workstreams delivering the Council's obligations for the project\. • Support to the Project Lead - Operational and strategic support to the PMO lead who is responsible for driving forward the BQ project within the Council\. • Other Support - Ongoing ad hoc advice as required around strategy, operations and finance\.
